Questions
Can I try Pro first?
Every new team gets Pro free for 30 days. No card needed.
What do fees paid in the app cost?
Season fees and entry fees go straight to the captain's or organiser's bank through Paystack. Balllads keeps 2% of season fees and 2% of entry fees, and Paystack takes its usual charge. Fees recorded by hand (cash or transfer) are free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your plan page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A competition published on the Organiser plan or a pass keeps its features to the end.
Do prices change?
New prices apply to new purchases. If you already subscribe, you keep your price.
Which currency do I pay in?
Payments are made through Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Signed-in players can choose the currency prices are shown in, on their profile; the amount charged is the NGN amount.
